Social + environmental responsibility
Social + environmental responsibility
At Uniformity, responsible business practices are central to building a better future. We are dedicated to proactively addressing modern slavery, promoting ethical sourcing and minimising our environmental impact. Through transparent policies and ongoing initiatives, we strive to ensure fair treatment for all workers across our supply chain and to operate sustainably for the benefit of our communities and the planet.
We act to eliminate the modern slavery risk
What we expect of our suppliers:
- Must be SEDEX members or WRAP-certified
- Have a meaningful modern slavery policy, which they can talk to, indicating a practical influence on decisions and fostering better practices
- Complete our Supplier Self-Assessment Survey annually
- Submit annual audit results
- Do not manufacture in countries of high risk as identified by sources including Global Slavery Index.org
- Comply with standards and practices outlined by The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) for offshore manufacturing and contractor engagement.

We recognise that our decisions can affect individuals and communities and believe that implementation of our Modern Slavery Statement will lead to better outcomes for people involved in the manufacturing of uniforms.
