  • All materials are sourced from suppliers who adhere to ethical and sustainable production standards. 
  • We actively seek partnerships with suppliers that use environmentally responsible dyeing and finishing processes. 

Waste Reduction and Recycling

  • Our manufacturing partners minimise fabric waste through efficient cutting techniques and repurpose offcuts where possible. 
  • Unused or excess stock is donated, recycled, or upcycled to prevent landfill waste. 
  • We encourage customers to return used uniforms for responsible recycling or repurposing. 

Energy and Water Efficiency

  • We aim to reduce energy consumption by using energy-efficient machinery and sustainable production practices. 
  • Water usage is carefully managed by implementing water-saving techniques and using responsible dyeing processes. 

Ethical Labour Practices

  • We ensure all employees work in safe and fair conditions, following Australian workplace laws and standards. 
  • We work with suppliers who uphold ethical labour practices, including fair wages and safe working environments. 
  • All suppliers are required to undertake a Modern Slavery Self-Assessment Questionnaire on an annual basis. 

Carbon Footprint Reduction

  • We actively seek ways to reduce transportation emissions by sourcing materials locally when possible. 
  • Packaging is made from recycled or biodegradable materials to minimise environmental impact.
